firstly we should know about rational number and irational number.
what is rational number ?
ans -a number which is form of p/q is known as rational number ,where p and q equal not zero .
for example;
2/5, 3/4, 2/3
what is irrational number ?
ans ;a number which is not form of p/q is known as irrational number as
sqrt(2), sqrt(3)
here sqrt means square root.
